Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase, possession, and use of tickets and attendance at Sumo Nations Experience events in the United States.
By purchasing or using a ticket, you agree to these Terms and any additional event or venue rules disclosed before or during attendance.

Throughout these Terms, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the applicable event organizer.
2. The Experience
Sumo Nations Experience is a live entertainment and sporting experience based around sumo.
An event may include live sumo bouts, demonstrations, athlete introductions, presentations about sumo, cultural information, audience interaction, photography opportunities, meet-and-greets, and other activities.
The exact format may vary between locations.
3. Tickets
A valid ticket is required for admission unless otherwise stated.
Tickets may be electronic, mobile, printed, or delivered through an authorized ticketing platform.
A ticket grants the holder a revocable license to enter the relevant event subject to these Terms and applicable law.
4. Authorized Sellers
We recommend purchasing tickets only through our website or authorized ticketing partners.
We cannot guarantee tickets purchased from unauthorized resellers.
Where permitted by law, tickets that have been fraudulently obtained, duplicated, counterfeited, or otherwise invalid may be rejected.
5. Ticket Resale
Tickets are intended primarily for personal use.
Tickets may not be purchased in bulk for unauthorized commercial resale, used for unauthorized promotions, bundled into commercial packages, or used as competition prizes without our written permission.
Any restrictions on ticket resale will be applied subject to applicable state law.
6. Pricing
Ticket prices and mandatory fees will be disclosed during the purchase process as required by applicable law.
Prices may differ between performances, cities, seating categories, promotional periods, or purchase dates.
A later reduction in price does not ordinarily create a right to a refund of the difference.
7. Admission
We and the venue reserve the right to conduct reasonable security and ticket checks.
Customers must comply with lawful venue rules and reasonable instructions from event staff.
Entry may be refused where reasonably necessary for security, safety, fraud prevention, capacity management, or enforcement of event rules, subject to applicable law.
8. Children
Age requirements may vary by venue.
Where an event is advertised as all ages, children may attend subject to venue requirements.
Minors may be required to attend with a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for children in their care.
9. Seating
Some events may have allocated seating while others may offer general admission.
Where seating is allocated, customers should sit in the seat shown on their ticket unless instructed otherwise.
We may occasionally need to relocate customers for operational, accessibility, safety, or production reasons.
Where this happens, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a reasonably comparable alternative.
10. Live Sport
Sumo is a genuine physical contact sport.
Bouts and demonstrations may involve physical impact, falls, pushing, grappling, and other activities inherent in sumo.
Spectators must remain outside designated performance and competition areas unless specifically invited to participate by authorized event personnel.
11. Audience Participation
Some performances may include optional audience interaction.
You are never required to participate simply because you purchased a ticket.
Where participation involves physical activity, participants must follow all instructions from athletes and event staff.
We may decline participation where we reasonably believe participation would create a safety risk.
12. Athlete Availability
Participating athletes may vary between events.
Injuries, illness, sporting commitments, travel issues, or circumstances outside our control may result in substitutions.
A ticket is for the overall Sumo Nations Experience rather than a guarantee that any particular athlete will participate, unless expressly stated otherwise.
13. Running Order
Bout schedules, demonstrations, introductions, intervals, and other programme elements may change without prior notice.
Live events are inherently subject to operational changes.
14. Event Duration
Any advertised running time is approximate unless specifically stated otherwise.
The actual duration may vary depending on bouts, demonstrations, venue operations, audience interaction, or other live-event factors.
15. Behaviour
We want our events to be fun, welcoming, and safe.
Seriously disruptive, threatening, violent, abusive, discriminatory, or dangerous conduct may result in refusal of admission or removal from the venue.
Customers must treat athletes, staff, contractors, venue personnel, and fellow attendees respectfully.
16. Alcohol
Where alcohol is available, service and consumption are governed by applicable state and local laws and venue licensing requirements.
Venue staff may refuse alcohol service where legally required or reasonably appropriate.
Excessive intoxication may result in refusal of admission or removal where necessary for safety or venue compliance.
17. Prohibited Items
Venue-specific prohibited items may include weapons, illegal drugs, hazardous materials, glass containers, professional recording equipment, oversized bags, outside alcohol, or other items that create a safety or operational concern.
Check the relevant venue's requirements before attending.
18. Photography
Personal photography may be permitted unless otherwise stated.
We may prohibit flash photography, tripods, professional cameras, drones, lighting equipment, or equipment that obstructs other customers.
Commercial photography requires prior written permission.
19. Video and Livestreaming
Short personal videos may be permitted depending on the event.
Recording or livestreaming the entire performance, substantial portions of the event, or professionally exploiting event footage without permission is prohibited to the extent permitted by law.
20. Photography and Recording by Us
Our events may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded.
Attendees may appear incidentally in crowd photographs or video footage.
Such material may be used for event documentation, publicity, advertising, social media, press, and promotion of Sumo Nations Experience, subject to applicable law.
Where a separate release or consent is legally required for a particular use, we will obtain it.
21. Personal Property
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged personal property except where the loss results from conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
22. Injury and Safety
We take reasonable steps to operate events safely.
Spectators are expected to follow all posted rules and reasonable safety instructions.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded under applicable law.
23. Event Changes
We may make reasonable changes to the programme, athletes, event format, schedule, seating configuration, or production where operationally necessary.
Significant changes will be addressed in accordance with applicable consumer law and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
24. Event Cancellation
If we cancel an event and do not reschedule it, affected customers will receive the refund or remedy required by applicable law and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
25. Event Postponement
Where an event is postponed, existing tickets will ordinarily remain valid for the replacement date.
We will communicate additional options where applicable.
26. Circumstances Outside Our Reasonable Control
Events can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, venue emergencies, utility failures, government action, public-health emergencies, transportation disruption, civil emergencies, or other serious unforeseen circumstances.
We will take reasonable steps to manage these situations and communicate material changes to ticket holders.
27. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither Sumo Nations Experience nor its applicable organizer will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from attendance or inability to attend an event where such limitation is legally permitted.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
28. Third Parties
Our events may involve independent venues, athletes, contractors, food and beverage operators, parking facilities, payment processors, ticketing providers, and other third parties.
Some services supplied directly by third parties may be subject to their own terms.
29. Website
Our website is provided for general information, event promotion, and ticket purchasing.
We make reasonable efforts to keep event information accurate but may correct genuine typographical, technical, scheduling, or pricing errors.
30. Intellectual Property
The Sumo Nations Experience name, logos, artwork, original website content, promotional materials, graphics, and other proprietary materials may be protected by trademark, copyright, or other intellectual-property laws.
Nothing in the purchase of a ticket grants permission to commercially reproduce or exploit our intellectual property.
31. Fraud and Chargebacks
If you believe there is an issue with a transaction, please contact us first so we can investigate.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising legitimate rights available through their card issuer, payment provider, or applicable law.
Knowingly making a false claim regarding a legitimate transaction may be investigated and challenged using transaction and attendance records where appropriate.
32. Privacy
Personal information associated with your purchase and attendance will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

33. Accessibility
We want Sumo Nations Experience to be welcoming and accessible.
Accessibility facilities differ by venue. Customers requiring particular accommodations should contact us or the relevant venue in advance so available arrangements can be discussed.
34. State and Local Laws
Live-event and consumer-protection laws vary across the United States.
If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory federal, state, or local law applicable to a particular customer or event, the applicable law will control to the extent of that conflict.
35. Governing Law
Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdictional requirements, these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of [INSERT YOUR COMPANY'S CHOSEN U.S. STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

36. Severability
If a court determines that any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
37. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms for future purchases from time to time.
The Terms applicable to a purchase will generally be those presented or in effect when the transaction was completed, except where changes are required or permitted by law.
